Travel deep into the protected swamps, marshes and rivers that make up the Headwaters of the Everglades aboard an airboat tour. Get an in depth look at the gators, birds, eagles, trees and plants as you glide through endless miles of beautiful wilderness. See for yourself how good it feels to be in the middle of nowhere and what Florida looked like 1,000 years ago!
Next, drive your own car through our Safari Park! This self-guided tour allows guests to see more than 100 exotic animals and native Florida wildlife like white-tailed deer, bison, cracker cows, zebras, watusi, and oryx, to name a few. Check out a massive pond inside the park dedicated exclusively as a home for all “nuisance” alligators, trapped by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s (FWC) SNAP program. Stop and hand feed our incredible giraffes for a once in a lifetime experience. Zipline high above giraffes, gators and beautiful cypress swamps.
Included in the price of your airboat or drive-thru safari tours, explore our amazing gator park full tropical birds, lemurs, crocodiles, petting zoo, albino gators, sloths, Crusher the monster alligator and much more. With over 200 native and exotic animals, there is something for everyone! Discover the Hawk Swamp boardwalk through a pristine Florida cypress swamp ecosystem. Get hands-on during an unbelievable animal encounter with your choice of sloths, lemurs, porcupines or gators. We consider children to be ages three to 12 and adults are ages 13 and up. If your airboat tour gets rained out, our team will try to contact you by the phone number or email you used to book your airboat tour.
Make sure to use the restroom before you start driving through our safari park as there are no restrooms inside and it takes about an hour to complete the drive. In the summer months, wildlife is harder to see during the hottest hours of the day as many might be keeping cool in the shade. We consider children to be between three and 12 years old, while adults are aged 13 and up. If we have to close the Drive-thru Safari Park due to inclement weather, our team will attempt to contact you by the phone number or email you provided when purchasing your tickets.
