• Please note that tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis as no reservations can be made during booking.
• Prime time hour timings change over the seasons, please check the booking slots for the most current prime and non-prime hours.
•Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room. • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required. Children aged between 0 and 3 can enter for free.
• The last entry for this experience is at 07:30 PM. Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
