Learn about the history of famous French staples such as bread, cheese, wine and macarons whilst exploring Paris the best way possible – by bike! End your tour with a picnic together in the park, with nothing less than the Eiffel Tower as your backdrop!
One of our most cherished things to do in Paris as locals is to visit all the delicious neighborhood spots and collect supplies for a picnic that we share at one of the many parks in town. Our favorite is the Champs de Mars as we can enjoy the stunning Eiffel Tower as the backdrop to our feast.
For this tour we’ll ride from our office in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower to the left bank making several stops along the way for picnic essentials. You’ll learn about each special food and boutique along the way, whilst enjoying the beauty of Paris – no underground metro for us! Stops include a famous bakery, one of the oldest covered markets and a wine tasting. Finally you’ll cruise back along the river ready for your picnic, feeling like true locals, armed with not only a basket of goodies, but the knowledge of all the best spots and tips for next time!

The Paris Food Bike Tour ends in the Champs de Mars around 6:30pm with a picnic. You are welcome to stay and picnic for as long as you’d like.
All of our tours operate rain or shine, and we have rain ponchos for sale in our office. If raining, the picnic will take place under a gazebo in the park.
The purchase of picnic items is not included in the tour price. Please bring the proper means necessary for buying your delicious food and drinks.
Valid ID required in order to qualify for the discounted student rate.
Children under the age of 10 are not recommended on this tour. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
