Overview
The Grand Celebration Helicopter Tour is one of our most popular tours to Grand Canyon West. Enjoy unparalleled views of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, extinct volcanoes, the Colorado River, and the Mojave Desert's scenic beauty. As you fly over the West Rim on the Hualapai Reservation, your helicopter will begin a 3,200-foot descent to the canyon floor. Take in the magnificent views of the massive walls and rock formations before landing at the bottom of the canyon. The helicopter will land at a private plateau located next to the Colorado River, and you'll have ample time to explore the canyon floor and enjoy a light picnic and a glass of celebratory champagne before heading back to the terminal.

Total flight time is approximately 70 minutes
Sample Itinerary:
Clients are picked up from most major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 1.5 hours before departure, depending on the hotel location.
Clients arrive at Boulder Terminal for check-in. Every passenger 18 years or older will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID.
Clients board our EC-130 (EcoStar) helicopter.
Flight time to Grand Canyon West is approximately 35 minutes.
Enjoy spectacular views of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the volcanic Black Mountains, Grapevine Mesa, and then across the Grand Wash Cliffs, entering Grand Canyon West.
Continue with a scenic descent approximately 3,200 feet and land on the floor of the canyon.
Champagne and light refreshments provided at the bottom of the canyon with time for exploration (On the ground for approximately 30 minutes).
Board the helicopter. The return flight is a slightly different scenic tour route to the Boulder terminal.
Transfer to Las Vegas hotel.

Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
Complimentary hotel transportation is available from : Golden Nugget, Treasure Island, Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, and Excalibur
All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc
Baggage Restrictions - Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.
FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge of $30.00 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.
