Overview
En route they will have bird’s-eye views of the Colorado River, Hoover Dam, and Lake Mead. Upon arrival at the canyon, guests will enjoy a self-guided tour that allows them time to explore various stops along the edge of the canyon and capture the unique views each one has to offer. Guests will also discover the intriguing culture of the Hualapai people that can be seen in handcrafted art exhibits and performances. The West Rim contains several food stops available for purchase to passengers at any time during their canyon visit. This tour will conclude with a return flight to the terminal and ground transfers to their Las Vegas hotel.

Sample Itinerary:
Passengers are picked up from most major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 1.5 hours before departure, depending on hotel location
Clients arrive at Boulder Terminal for check-in. All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a valid government-issued photo ID
Clients board the airplane. Flight time to the Grand Canyon is approximately 35 minutes each way
Enjoy the scenic route with views of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the Colorado River
Deplane the aircraft and board an air-conditioned motorcoach.
The first stop is Eagle Point. Enjoy the views of the eagle-like rock formation and the Grand Canyon
Proceed to Guano Point for more scenic views
Self-guided canyon tour for approximately 4 hours
Return to Grand Canyon West airport for the return flight to Boulder Terminal

Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
Complimentary hotel transportation is available from Golden Nugget, Treasure Island, Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, and Excalibur.
Please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
All airplane passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional seat.
Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8484. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge of $ 20.00 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.
