Additional Information
•Under 16s must be accompanied by a full paying adult
•Under 18s will be served a soft drink
•The meal can be booked seven days a week (except Threadneedle Street, Chancery Lane and Cheltenham which are only available Monday to Friday) January to November. Your voucher is not valid for booking in December. Date restrictions may apply.
•We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
•Please allow approximately 2 hours for the whole experience.
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Know before you go
Once you receive the confirmation from Virgin Experience days, you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a suitable date, but it will advise of the recommended lead booking time for your exact experience within the product information. All experiences must be booked and taken before their expiry date on the voucher.
