When booking please select the day you arrive in New York, this will be day 1. Activities will take place from day 2 onwards.

-For the Empire State Building, enter through the Observatory Entrance on 34th St between 5th & 6th Avenues at the time/date on your ticket. Once inside, pass the Will Call Desk and proceed to the General Admission entry. You will not have to scan your barcoded ticket until you reach the turnstiles on the 2nd floor.
- The Radio City Christmas Spectacular is at Radio City Music Hall, 1260 6th Ave, New York, NY 10020. Enter Radio City with your digital tickets on App that you had previously downloaded
- The Holiday Walking Tour departs from outside the Paris Theater located a 4 W. 58th St., New York, NY 10019. Please meet the Attractions4Us Tour Guide at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time. Present your AttractionWorld voucher payable by Attractions4Us.
- The Cruise departs from Pier 36, 299 South St, New York, NY 10002, USA. Once you arrive at Pier 36, do not try to enter the Pier 36 building. The boat is docked behind the building and can be accessed from walking round either side of the building. Check-in at slip 4, the dock for the “Majestic Princess” and present your AttractionWorld voucher payable by Attractions4Us. Aim to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled cruise departure time, which is told to you in the email sent to you.
- Enter St Patrick’s Cathedral through the entrance on 5th Ave. Between 50th and 51st Streets. You will pass through security and then check-in with the staff at the Tour Desk, located to the left as you enter, and show them your AttractionWorld voucher payable by Attractions4Us.
Know before you go
Your barcoded times ticket to the Empire State Building will be emailed to you the day you arrive in New York, along with confirmation of the date and starting time of the Radio City Show, the Walking Tour and the Night Cruise. The email will be from [email protected].
- Your ticket for the Radio City Show will be a digital ticket – there are no paper tickets. To access your tickets, you will receive an email from [email protected] 2-4 days prior to the show with the subject title “Madison Square Garden”. To receive your digital tickets please download the Madison Square Gardens App found at https://www.msg.com/madison-square-garden-official-app. Login to the App using the email you provided the local tour operator when you made your booking. Once inside the app, please accept your digital tickets
- If you are having issues with getting your digital tickets for the show, or you have not received the email from [email protected] by 4pm the day you arrive in New York, call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM
- This voucher IS your ticket for St Patrick’s Cathedral, the Cruise and the Walking Tour. Please be sure to mention Attractions4Us when checking in.
- This voucher IS NOT your entry ticket to Radio City or the Empire State Building and will not be honored.
- Your Empire State Ticket is timed and dated and you must check-in at that time. Infants 0-1 need to pick up their complimentary ticket onsite – please ask the Empire State Building Staff where to do this.
- If you arrive late for the Cruise or the Walking Tour, these cannot be rescheduled and there are no refunds. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled activity times.
- Check-in for the Cruise closes 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Santa will be on the Cruise only for these dates: November 29 – December 25. On other dates the cruise will operate without Santa being onboard.
- The Cathedral is normally open 9.00am - 4.30pm for audio tours, although it is recommended to avoid Sundays before Noon. Tours are not permitted during Church Services. Please plan ahead and check the daily Mass schedule before visiting the cathedral.
