Start as you mean to go on with a welcome signature Macallan cocktail each before your whisky journey gets underway. Carefully selected by the team of whisky experts at MAP Maison, you’ll each enjoy a flight of the renowned Double Cask Series of 12, 15 and 18 years old Macallan alongside perfectly paired cheeses. The team will give a detailed explanation of the whiskies and how they pair with three different cheeses at your table.
You’ll also get two tapas plates to share from a selected menu and round things off with another Macallan cocktail each of your choice from a selected cocktail menu.
