Approximately 1-2 hours before your tour begins, your guide will reach out via call or text to the phone number provided in your reservation. They'll be in touch to welcome you, confirm any dietary restrictions, and assist you if you happen to be running late.

In the tour industry, it is customary to tip the tour guide much like at a restaurant. The suggested tip amount is between 18%-20% of the ticket price.
• PARKING:
Free parking is available behind Maximo Gomez Domino Park on SW 8th Street and 15th Ave. To access it, head toward Domino Park on the right side of SW 7th Ave, turn at McDonald’s, go past their driveway, and then make an immediate right to enter the lot.
If the parking lot is full, additional metered parking can be found along SW 8th Street and on nearby residential streets.
• WEATHER: We tour rain or shine, please bring an umbrella or poncho if it is announced to rain. Wear comfortable shoes.
